CNN’s Alisyn Camerota Explains Why She Left Fox News

Alisyn Camerota worked for many years at Fox News, and then just last year she parted ways with the network and wound up on CNN. And, apparently, she has lots of fans who want to know why she went to the dark side.

Well, Camerota answered some questions on Facebook today, including that one (which she says is the question she gets the most). She explained, “I left Fox for more opportunity, and CNN has exceeded my wildest dreams on that front.”

She said she’s gotten many great opportunities at CNN, like hosting primetime specials and conducting exclusive interviews and moderating big events. Camerota called this “the happiest moment of my career,” though she did say she also loved her time working at Fox.
