After several days spent in a medically-induced coma following routine throat surgery, legendary comedian Joan Rivers died Thursday at the age of 81. many of her comedian friends and admirers had been using Twitter to implore her to pull through over the last few days, but today they have come together to pay tribute to a giant of the comedy community.
