Coulter: Trump’s Endorsement of Luther Strange ‘Completely Idiotic,’ Support Mo Brooks Instead

Ann Coulter appears to be annoyed with Donald Trump, seeing as she just announced her defiance of the president’s choice for the next senator of Alabama.

Two days ago, Trump threw his support to Luther Strange, the temporarily-appointed state senator for the seat left behind by Attorney General Jeff Sessions. Luther’s biggest primary competitors are Republican congressman Mo Brooks and former Alabama Supreme Court chief justice Roy Moore.

As it were, Coulter just issued several tweets where she said Trump gave his support to Luther because he’s allied with Mitch McConnell, not because he supports the president’s agenda. The conservative firebrand also referred to comments she gave to Breitbart where she said Trump is “still sucking up to establishment Republicans,” and the Luther endorsement was “completely idiotic.”

In recent months, Coulter has expressed major frustration towards Trump for not living up to the incendiary rhetoric and promises he offered to his base throughout the election.

Could this mean that In Trump We Trust no longer? Of course, Coulter was skeptical when Trump chose Mike Pence as his Vice President, so we’ll have to see about that.
