CT Man Reportedly Sexually Assaults Neighbor’s Pit Bull, Yells ‘ISIS Sent Me’

Well, here’s a fairly disturbing story for you. A Connecticut woman found her neighbor, naked and sexually assaulting her dog. And as she recounts it, this mentally disturbed individual shouted, “ISIS sent me.”

Alice Woodruff saw what was going on and grabbed her gun from the bedroom and walked outside to try and calmly talk to him. She fired a warning shot into the ground, but instead of leaving, the man “put his arms out and started walking toward me, telling me to kill him, but to know that as soon as I kill him that we were going to die.”

Local police are investigating the case. The mentally ill man is currently in the hospital and will be arrested and charged with cruelty to an animal, sexual assault, and breach of peace when he gets released.
