Fox News to Launch New SiriusXM Channel Next Week

 

fox siriusxmFox News’ big Fox News Headlines 24/7 SiriusXM channel is debuting next Monday.

The new channel, Fox announced today, will allow SiriusXM listeners to catch up on all of the news from Fox’s team of journalists and contributors.

America’s Newsroom co-anchor Bill Hemmer will kick things off at 6 am EST, and later in the day Shepard Smith will be on for an hour, just for the first few weeks. Fox News plans to bring in a brand new team after the channel’s initial launch.

Fox News Chairman and CEO Roger Ailes said in a statement, “Our goal is to continuously deliver original breaking news product to our viewers. This up-to-the-minute national breaking news channel, combined with SiriusXM’s reach, is a natural partnership and extension for the FOX News brand.”
