Fox’s Elisabeth Hasselbeck Draws Parallel Between NFL and Benghazi
When you think about it, it’s a wonder nobody made this analogy sooner.
Here is Fox & Friends host Elisabeth Hasselbeck finding a way to connect the NFL’s Ray Rice domestic violence scandal to such favorite conservative topics at Benghazi and the IRS:
Imagine if everyone that asked for transparency in the #nfl @nfl Demanded that same #transparency in our #government #Benghazi #IRS

The liberal watchdog group Media Matters drew attention to Hasselbeck’s tweet on the same day they published an in-depth study on Fox News’ “Benghazi Obsession.”
According to the group’s research, in the 20 months following the attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya, Fox News aired a total of 1,098 evening segments on the story — an average of 13 per week.
