Even Fox’s Eric Bolling Says Trump Press Office Shouldn’t Keep Any News Outlets From Briefings
Fox News’ Eric Bolling is a fan of President Trump‘s and not such a big fan of the mainstream media, but today on The Five sided with the press’ complaints over certain news outlets being barred from the press gaggle today.
Former White House Press Secretary Dana Perino took issue with the decision and said a move like this is a serious “stumble” because it gets in the way of their message.
Bolling doubted this came from Trump himself, but from the White House press office. And he even said that in this situation, he has to “side with the media” in the belief that every single credentialed reporter should have access.
Kimberly Guilfoyle pointed out this happened to Fox News during the Obama administration.
Bolling concluded that Sean Spicer doesn’t have to call on every single reporter there, but at the very least all of them should be allowed in.
Greg Gutfeld disagreed and said he didn’t quite understand the big deal.
