According to a press release published Thursday on GZlegalcase.com, “funds are being administered by a third-party administrator, who has a background of being a former IRS agent, a Certified Public Accountant, and great experience in dealing with Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee matters.”
The donations, made through PayPal, will be used for Zimmerman’s “ongoing living expenses, legal costs, and fees for this matter” — and personal information will be kept confidential.
The previous website Zimmerman set up raised around $200,000.
