Greta Van Susteren Is Publicly Weighing Her Options Post-MSNBC

After leaving MSNBC last month, Greta Van Susteren is actively searching for her next venture.
“Since I got fired, of course I will entertain any job offers that come my way,” she told The Hollywood Reporter this week.
Charles Herring, the president of One America News Network’s parent company Herring Broadcasting, praised Van Susteren when asked whether OANN has approached her about a potential new gig.
“Greta is a strong brand and I’m sure she’ll have plenty of opportunities moving forward,” he told THR.
She did call out THR for the headline they used – “Greta Van Susteren Is Not Ready to Leave TV” – on Twitter.
a bit misleading headline..I am also not opposed to doing a lot of other things besides TV https://t.co/tqEyA3cwc9

Susteren has been very active on Twitter and has been interacting with her fans. She ruled out a return to Fox News or CNN:
That train has left the station…both of us have moved on…no hard feelings, just both have moved on https://t.co/ETO4qsSW9Z

“Been there, done that” – had great years there but i already was there https://t.co/78z5HdzNZ0

When someone told her that she should debunk “fake news,” she entertained the idea:
someone floated an idea past me today about a job I might like…it has to do with debunking ‘fake news’ and validating real news https://t.co/BNh5SxQKMZ

Susteren was let go from MSNBC after anchoring the program For The Record for less than a year. She had anchored On The Record at Fox News for over 14 years before she left the network in 2016.
