Jeb Bush Got a Wee Bit Passive-Aggressive Waiting for Phil Robertson to Wrap Up

Jeb Bush was supposed to speak at CPAC around 1:40, but things got delayed and Duck Dynasty star Phil Robertson spoke for a while, and Bush couldn’t help but take note of that fact on Twitter:
