John Bolton: ‘I Wish We Could Reverse Obama Care as Decisively’ as Iran Deal

For National Security Adviser John Bolton, old habits, apparently, die hard.

The longtime Fox News pundit sounded as though he was back in that role Tuesday night, as he spoke with conservative radio host Mark Levin about President Donald Trump‘s decision to withdraw the U.S. from the Iran nuclear deal.

As he took a victory lap over Trump’s announcement to leave the pact, Bolton couldn’t help but weigh in on the state of healthcare — an issue which, last we checked, does not even remotely fall under his jurisdiction.

“I think it’s one of the most consequential decisions of the Trump administration, so far at least,” Bolton said. “And it reverses one of the two most important things that Obama did, both colossal mistakes: This deal with Iran, and Obamacare.”

Bolton went on to express his hope that Obamacare eventually meets a similar fate as the Iran nuclear agreement.

“I wish we could reverse Obamacare as decisively as the president acted today on the Iran deal,” Bolton said.
