Kanye West Has Deleted All of His Tweets About Donald Trump

Shortly after President Donald Trump won the 2016 Election, Kanye West made headlines when he went to Trump Tower to meet with the then President Elect. At the time, West defended the meeting, saying he felt it was “important to have a direct line of communication with our future President.” West tweeted about the meeting, saying that it was to “discuss multicultural issues” including “bullying, supporting teachers, modernizing curriculums, and violence in Chicago.”

Now, the Tweets are gone. According to a report from TMZ, it’s because he is “super unhappy with the president’s performance over his first 2 weeks in office.” One thing TMZ’s source cited specifically is the “Muslim ban.”

The fact that Kanye has gotten rid of the tweets isn’t surprising. He often posts to social media only to delete it later. Maybe this is some sort of preparation for his 2020 run?
