Limbaugh Thinks Bill O’Reilly ‘Has Plenty of Courage’

Bill O’Reilly‘s a fairly right-of-center guy, but don’t mistake him for your average conservative pundit, he has his issues with the far-right too (he occasionally dismisses conservative theories about Obama as not based in fact). A caller on Rush Limbaugh‘s show today said O’Reilly’s a coward, but Limbaugh offered a defense of O’Reilly (sort of) and said he does have some courage.

The caller said O’Reilly keeps taking shots at the far right and “doesn’t seem to want to admit the truth about our president,” because he lacks courage. Limbaugh replied, “Bill O’Reilly has plenty of courage.”

He said O’Reilly found his unique niche as someone who’s “more in the center” than other Fox Newsers and so this belief system he professes is a “strategic positioning of himself” and isn’t based in any sort of cowardice about taking on the Obama administration.
