Limbaugh: Trayvon Martin Case Is ‘The Duke Lacrosse Case All Over Again!’
If Rush Limbaugh hadn’t already made up his mind about the Trayvon Martin case (which he probably has for a while now), the new evidence released in the last few days would have been enough for him to declare George Zimmerman innocent. Describing the new information and pictures, Limbaugh argued that the story “was falling apart” and had become “the Duke Lacrosse case all over again.”

Limbaugh discussed the fact that Trayvon Martin had THC in his system, the bruises on Zimmerman’s head and face, those on Martin’s knuckles, and the fact that Martin had been shot at close range and said they all were enough to believe Zimmerman’s claims that he acted in self-defense. Quoting from Alan Dershowitz’s column in the New York Daily News, Limbaugh said definitively that the charges against Zimmerman should be dropped.
Limbaugh also again took shots at NBC News for the edited 911 call. Saying that you “can’t humiliate the media,” Limbaugh decried the network for referring to George Zimmerman as “a white man with Hispanic heritage,” something Limbaugh found ridiculous.
