Marine Discharged For Criticizing Obama Offers New Birther Sentiments

Gary Stein — the Marine who was discharged after he took to Facebook to criticize President Barack Obama — has returned to the social network to offer a few more of his thoughts. The Tea Party supporter addressed George Clooney‘s Obama fundraiser, with a hint of birther sentiment.

Stein wrote:

President Obama was in Hollywood for a fundraiser. Forty grand a plate — because nothing says “man of the people” like demanding 40 grand for some rubbery chicken. Insiders say Obama’s pretty comfortable around actors. He should be. He has been “acting” like he was born in Hawaii for a long time.

The nine-year veteran was dismissed after criticizing the president on Facebook, including calling him the “economic and religious enemy” and writing “screw Obama.” He’d defended himself on First Amendment rights. Since his dismissal, Stein has launched his own weekly radio show.
