Montel Williams Calls for Daily Caller Reporter’s Firing for ‘Uncle Tom’ Tweet About Him
Montel Williams got pretty outraged at Daily Caller reporter Betsy Rothstein today for her “Uncle Tom” tweet about him.
Earlier this week, after a Twitter back-and-forth about Hillary Clinton, Rothstein got into a Twitter spat with ex-conservative teen CJ Pearson after he asked if she has a mental disorder. Things got ugly from there:

That all is preface to what Rothstein tweeted out earlier today about Williams:
Congrats to @Montel_Williams for being the Uncle Tom of the 2016 presidential election. He pushes payday loans and has endorsed John Kasich.

She also linked to a piece she wrote about him in August––literally starting out with the phrase “resident media whore Montel Williams”––in which she said he lied about Trump’s jury duty.
But it’s the above “Uncle Tom” tweet that really pissed off Williams, and he’s calling for her firing and an apology:
