‘Murdoch Is Evil’ Appears Hidden in Rupert Murdoch-Owned Newspaper
Social media users were abuzz Tuesday evening when a few publications spotted an anti-Rupert Murdoch message hidden in a children’s puzzle… in a Rupert Murdoch-owned newspaper.
In the Australia Sunday Telegraph‘s weekend puzzle meant for children, the letters “LIVESIHCODRUM” can be spotted. As intrepid readers noticed, this spells “MURDOCHISEVIL” (Murdoch Is Evil) backwards.
See the message highlighted below, via The Desk:
The Telegraph is owned by News Corp, which is owned by Murdoch.
The Australian paper has not yet returned requests for comment.
