Ferguson Officer Darren Wilson Reportedly Negotiating Resignation
CNN is reporting tonight that Darren Wilson, the officer who shot and killed Michael Brown in August, is negotiating his resignation from the Ferguson police force:

The Ferguson grand jury is expected to announce soon whether Wilson will be charged in Brown’s death.
