‘One of the Best Journalists I’ve Known’: News Figures Mourn Gwen Ifill’s Death on Twitter
Gwen Ifill passed away today, and many people expressed their grief on Twitter over the loss of PBS’ esteemed newscaster.
As the news comes in about Ifill’s death from cancer, PBS’ CEO Paula Kerger put out a statement memorializing her grace, her commitment, and her various contributions to journalism:
