Seth Meyers Dares Trump To Write His Own Book By Himself With His ‘Stubby Meat Paws’
On Monday night, Seth Meyers had some fun at the expense of President Donald Trump and his writing abilities.
Earlier in the morning, Trump took the Twitter and blasted Bob Woodward and his new book Fear, which doesn’t exactly portray this White House in the best light.
The Woodward book is a Joke – just another assault against me, in a barrage of assaults, using now disproven unnamed and anonymous sources. Many have already come forward to say the quotes by them, like the book, are fiction. Dems can’t stand losing. I’ll write the real book!

“The Woodward book is a Joke – just another assault against me, in a barrage of assaults, using now disproven unnamed and anonymous sources,” Trump tweeted. “Many have already come forward to say the quotes by them, like the book, are fiction. Dems can’t stand losing. I’ll write the real book!”
Well, Meyers consider it a challenge.
“Please do that!” Meyers exclaimed. “I would love to see you try to write a book by yourself without a ghostwriter. And I mean a real book, not one of your airport books because I’m pretty sure those books have exactly one word on each page. I’m talking about an actual book with chapters and an appendix. Of course, if you tell Trump that you need an appendix, he’d probably say, ‘Fine, take Eric‘s.'”
The Late Night host almost mocked the idea of Trump working with a typewriter.
“I gotta say I love imagining sitting at a typewriter and punching away at the keys with his stubby meat paws,” Meyers continued. “He either types one finger grandpa style or with palms open as if he’s playing Whack-A-Mole.”
