Shocking Video: Russian Plane Nosedives into Runway, Explodes on Impact

 

Footage has emerged of a Tatarstan Airlines Boeing 737 flying into a runway in Kazan, Russia, last week where it exploded upon impact. The aircraft appears to have nosedived on its second landing attempt it blew up, killing all 50 passengers and crew on board.

The plane is barely visible in the darkness prior to exploding. The video of the crash, obtained via Life News, was broadcast on Russian television stations over the weekend.

“The plane, which took off from Domodedovo airport in Moscow, crashed at 7.20pm, or 3.20pm GMT, today, at the airport in Kazan, located in Tatarstan, in the in the west of the country,” The Daily Mail reports. “The carrier has had a good safety record, but appears to have run into financial problems recently.”
