This Exists: Watch As A Routine Traffic Stop Is Interrupted By A Marauding Wolf Pack
Well, you don’t see this too often. In a video burning up the charts on Reddit today, you can see surveillance camera footage of a Russian police officer pulling over a car with a broken headlight only to have his discussion with the driver interrupted as a giant pack of wolves comes running down the highway. The driver allows the cop to dive into his car for safety which, I’m going to assume, led the officer to lett him drive off with just a warning.
Using the magic of Google Translate, I’ve determined that the video was taped on the M23 highway in the Russian city of Taganrog where the police are either very brave or much more accustomed to wolves than I am considering how calm the officer appears to be after the incident. Man, I get freaked out when a virtual wolf attacks my virtual horse in the middle of Red Dead Redemption’s virtual daylight.
After only some rudimentary sleuthing, the video seems to be legit but if, in a day or so, we realize it’s actually viral marketing for the Moscow premiere of Twilight: New Moon or something, I won’t mind. It’s still an awesome couple minuted of footage.
