Top White House Aide Marc Short Reportedly Calling it Quits

Another top White House staffer is calling it quits.

According to Politico, Marc Short — the White House Director of Legislative Affairs — is about to step down from his high-profile post. The website reports that Short will leave the White House by July 20, and will take a job at a D.C. consulting firm, and will teach at the University of Virginia business school.

A regular on the Sunday morning talk shows, Short was one of the most visible members of President Donald Trump‘s administration. He was one of the few D.C. establishment figures with a key role in the White House.
