Trump Blames Lawmakers After U.S.-Russia Relations Break Down: ‘You Can Thank Congress’

President Trump is back on Twitter, and he’s putting all the blame on Congress for America’s strained relationship with Russia.

Our relationship with Russia is at an all-time & very dangerous low. You can thank Congress, the same people that can’t even give us HCare!

Trump’s latest tweet comes after he reluctantly signed a bill putting new sanctions against Russia into effect. Based on his criticisms, it appears the president is also still angry about the recent failed attempt to repeal the Affordable Care Act.

Interestingly enough, it would seem Trump doesn’t blame Vladimir Putin at all for the current state of American-Russian relations.
