Trump Parrots Tucker Carlson in Rant: ‘Rotten & Corrupt’ Campaign Spying by ‘Obama People’
Oh look, more tweets from President Trump where he’s parroting Fox News.
It seems Trump is catching up on his Tucker Carlson viewing, seeing as he just tweeted out two portions of his show from last night. Both came from a segment where the Fox host argued with Richard Goodstein about Hillary Clinton‘s alleged connection to the Christopher Steele dossier, and also about the intelligence community investigations into Trump’s 2016 campaign.

You may recall that a couple months ago, Trump was crying “Spygate” over the news that the FBI launched a counterintelligence investigation into the president’s 2016 campaign. It was this probe and the information they got from informants that laid the groundwork for further investigations into the connections between Russia and the Trump campaign.
Even though Trump made a big deal of “SpyGate,” numerous conservative figures and legal scholars broke with Trump and said that the FBI apparently acted appropriately at the time.
