Trump Sends Civil Tweet About the New York Times, Commentators Are Shocked
Earlier today, Donald Trump canceled and then un-canceled a meeting with the “failing” New York Times. His tweet taking back the cancelation looked like this:
The meeting with the @nytimes is back on at 12:30 today. Look forward to it!

That lacks the distinct flavor of a usual Trump tweet, which was immediately noticed by just about everyone.
