UFC Fighter Ronda Rousey Accepts Invitation to Marine Corps Ball

A Facebook video of Jarrod Haschert asking UFC champion Ronda Rousey to the annual Marine Corps Ball at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina went viral on Tuesday. Now it seems that Rousey has accepted Haschert’s invitation, albeit with a caveat.

In the 34-second clip, Haschert expressed his admiration for Rousey, of whom he considers himself a big fan. He even admitted that she is his “celebrity crush.”

“I love everything you do, and I think you are a phenomenal person,” said Haschert. “Which is why it would be my honor to take you to the Marine Corps Ball on December 11.”

As CNN reports, TMZ caught up with Rousey and asked her whether not she would accept Haschert’s invitation.

“I would go, for sure!” Rousey exclaimed. She then turned to her friends off camera and joked, “Do you want me to try and get you guys dates?”
