WATCH LIVE: Obama to Announce Resignation of Education Secretary

President Barack Obama is speaking soon in the State Dining Room at the White House. The president is expected to announce that, as was reported earlier Friday morning, Education Secretary Arne Duncan will step down at the end of this year.

It is also possible that Obama will further address Thursday’s mass shooting in Oregon.
