Mike Johnson Lauds Trump’s Use of ‘Satire’ After Being Asked About Poop Bomb Video Heard ‘Round the World

Speaker of the House Mike Johnson (R-LA) praised President Donald Trump on Monday after being asked about a wild AI video Trump posted of himself dropping feces on “No Kings” protestors — including left-wing influencer Harry Sisson — from a fighter jet over the weekend.

Johnson, during a press conference on Monday, was asked about the uber-viral clip.

“You say that the Democrats had a ‘Hate America Rally,’ but what does it say that the president of the United States over the weekend released a video of him pooping on the American people?” the male reporter asked, drawing a few laughs from the room and a chuckle from Johnson.

“The president used his social media to make a point. You can argue he’s probably the most effective person whose ever used social media for that,” Johnson responded. “He is using satire to make a point — he is not calling for the murder of his political opponents, and that’s what these people are doing.”

If you somehow missed it, the president, late on Saturday night, posted a 19-second clip of him bombing New York City protestors with a bunch of wet excrement — to the sound of Danger Zone by Kenny Loggins, the theme song from Top Gun, of course.

Johnson then pointed to a picture of Trump hanging in effigy at one of the No Kings rallies over the weekend, saying it was a prime example of protestors wanting to kill Trump.

“Look, America is built on the idea of free speech you have the right to protest, of course, we jealously guard that,” Johnson said. “But what they’re doing right now is different. They’re trying to incite violence — that’s not funny. You don’t mock a president who has already had two failed assassination attempts on his life. This is not a game.”

Trump, on his end, responded to the protests on Sunday night. He told reporters aboard Air Force One the nationwide protests were full of “whacked-out” losers who do not represent the American people.

He also took issue with the central premise of the protests.

“By the way, I’m not a king,” Trump said. “I’m not a king — I work my ass off to make our country great, that’s all it is. I’m not a king, at all.”
