‘99% APPROVAL!’ Trump Throws Up Blizzard of Over-the-Top Brags in Saturday Spree

President Donald Trump went on a social media tear Saturday, posting a blizzard of ancient brags, including his 99% approval rating from CPAC 2025. Trump’s current approval half that in the latest Real Clear polling average.

Trump on Saturday threw up a slew of posts to his Truth Social app, several of which were screenshots of news from his first 100 days in office, including his approval rating at CPAC 2025 back in February.

According to the latest polling averages from RealClearPolitics, Trump’s current job approval is at 45.3%, with an averaged 50.7% disapproval nationwide.

Trump also shared a YouGov/CBS poll from the same month showing 70% saying he was keeping his campaign promises at the time. YouGov currently has Trump with a 54.1% unfavorable rating in the pollster’s popularity tracker.

And more negative polling for the president recently shows a huge majority of Americans believe his tariffs are going to increase prices for everyday goods.

Trump is also faced with internal strife in his core support base after Fox News host Mark Levin went after Trump Middle East Envoy Steve Witkoff a traitor in his own social media post over the weekend.
