Bill Maher Assures Panel That Trump Is ‘Definitely Going To Lose’: ‘I’m Not Even Worried About It’

Bill Maher assured his Real Time panel on Friday that former President Donald Trump is “definitely going to lose” in November to Vice President Kamala Harris.

In an Overtime segment featuring writer Fran Lebowitz, Israeli historian Yuval Noah Harari, and political consultant Ian Bremmer, Maher dismissed the possibility to Trump getting back into the White House.

After Bremmer argued it’s unclear whether voters will repeat the “mistake” of Trump yet, Maher declared he’s already put his “marker” down.

“We’re not. I’ve already put my marker down on that,” he said.

“Then it’s a counter-example,” Bremmer said.

“No, I’m not even worried about it,” Maher said.

“You’re not even worried about it?” Lebowitz asked.

“No, not at all,” Maher replied. “Yeah, no, no, no, he’s definitely going to lose. You just feel it.”

Lebowitz told the comedian she hopes he’s “right.”

Maher noted he previously predicted it was “over” for Trump and he argued polls will remain close even on election day. A couple weeks ago, Maher faced similar skepticism from panelists when he predicted that Trump is “going to lose.”

“I do not share your confidence in knowing how this is going to go,” GOP pollster Kristen Soltis Anderson told him at the time.

“I promise you, just don’t think about,” Maher told his Friday panel. “Don’t worry about it. I don’t think about it. Just don’t think about it. And then even if he does win, well, you wouldn’t have gone through all that stress.
