Fox News Anchor Accuses The Left Of Being Filled with ‘So Much Hate’
Fox News anchor Harris Faulkner accused the left of being filled with “so much hate” towards former President Donald Trump and his “MAGA” supporters.
During a Wednesday morning interview on The Faulkner Focus, conservative commentator Shermichael Singleton and Democratic pollster Doug Schoen discussed the commentary from former top Obama aide David Axelrod warning President Joe Biden to formalize a message against Trump.
Axelrod’s comments came moments after the former president swiftly defeated his Republican primary rivals with a majority of the vote at the Iowa caucus earlier this week.
Singleton noted that Democrats deciding to attack “half of the country as MAGA extremists will not play well with independents.” Schoen added that “Trump is the favorite” because Democrats need to unite around a message “that goes beyond” protecting democracy.
Faulkner then suggested that Democrats had too much hate towards the Republican frontrunner and his conservative supporters:
Look, the biggest problem that I see for the left is that there’s just so much hate. There’s hate towards the 75 million people and they’re all lumped together called MAGA. There’s hate toward the former president and they’ll go after him with everything they’ve got. I mean, pretty soon. Doesn’t hate have to give way to love? I mean, you got to have some positivity. Anyway I got to run. That was my little, like, soapbox moment. And now I have to step down.
