This afternoon on Fox News’ America Live, host Megyn Kelly introduced a recording of the 911 call placed by a friend of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member Taylor Armstrong shortly after the reality TV walked in on her estranged husband’s body following his suicide. As you may be aware, Russell Armstrong hanged himself at a friend’s home shortly after moving out of the mansion he had formerly shared with his wife and their young child.
Fox News edited some of the more graphic moments in the call, which revealed that the couple’s five-year-old daughter was also present when her father’s body was discovered:
Caller: Come here, come here, come here.
Operator: Fire and Paramedic Operator…
Caller: Come here, come here…
Operator: Ok, what is the telephone number you are calling from?
T. Armstrong: I need my psychiatrist!
Caller: It’s my cell phone.
Operator: What is the cell phone number? Tell me exactly what happened.
Caller: We, we… My friend just hanged himself, do you understand? Come over here right now; stop asking questions come over here right now. Come here, Taylor… come here, Taylor, it’s all right. It’s all right, it’s all right, it’s all right, it’s all right, it’s all right.
T. Armstrong: It is not all right. Oh my God…
Operator: There’s nothing we can do.
Caller: Do you think he’s beyond any help?
Operator: No, there’s nothing you can do. There’s nothing we can do.
