‘Go Back to Your Country!’ Marjorie Taylor Greene Unleashes Unhinged Tirade on Foreign Reporter Asking About Signal Controversy

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) accosted a journalist on Wednesday and refused to answer her questions because she was from the UK.

On the same day as a House hearing where Greene accused NPR and PBS of using federal funds to push left-wing propaganda, the congresswoman spoke to the press and shut down a reporter before she could finish her question about Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth and the attack plan leaks out of a text chain The Atlantic’s Jeffrey Goldberg was accidentally invited into.

“What country are you from?” Greene asked as she began to get asked about Hegseth.

“The UK,” Sky News correspondent Martha Kelner said.

“Okay, we don’t give a crap about your opinion and your reporting. Why don’t you go back to your country where you have a major migrant problem. You should care about your own borders,” Greene responded.

The congresswoman refused to answer the journalist’s questions and when she eventually moved on to an “American journalist,” she was asked to answer xxxx’s line of questioning. Greene then railed against accusations that there was a security breach in the administration, accusing former President Joe Biden’s administration of true corruption with their southern border policies.

“You want to know about complete disregard about operational security? You should talk about the Biden administration and how they ripped our borders open to terrorists, cartel, child  sex trafficking, human trafficking, and drug trafficking across our borders for four years,” she said.

She added that the hearing today was about NRP and PBS before taking a shot at xxx before walking away.

“That’s what this is about today, not journalists from the UK that should care about their own country,” she said.
