McCain on Syria: ‘This Is a Legacy of Barack Obama’
Senator John McCain slammed former President Barack Obama in his discussion of the atrocities in Syria this week, telling Fox’s Martha MacCallum that “this is a legacy of Barack Obama.” He brought up the infamous “red line” and said what’s worse than doing nothing is saying you’ll do something and then do nothing.
McCain said that he’s optimistic President Trump will take “concrete action” to respond to the chemical attack
He praised the powerful remarks from Nikki Haley today at the United Nations and echoed them by saying, “Aren’t we growing a little tired of seeing… pictures of dead children?”
McCain closed out the interview by saying again, “Barack Obama had an opportunity to stop this… and he took a hike, and that’s a terrible legacy.”
