Tarlov Rattles off List of Republicans Who Tout Biden Impeachment as Way of Getting Trump Elected

Jessica Tarlov read a list of Republicans who have admitted to using a potential impeachment of President Joe Biden as a way to reelect former President Donald Trump.

During Wednesday’s airing of The Five, the co-host discussed the possibility of the 46th president being impeached and the ramifications. Tarlov claimed the impeachment investigation has found “absolutely nothing” to incriminate Biden and that GOP lawmakers intend to benefit their party. The House voted to open an informal impeachment inquiry on Wednesday.

She then called out various Republicans supporting impeachment, including Reps. Jim Jordan, Nancy Mace, Troy Nehls, and Sen. Chuck Grassley.

“Republicans are freaking out because the beginnings of this impeachment inquiry, which has been going on or fact finding has been going on since they took the majority about a year ago, has turned up absolutely nothing,” Tarlov told her fellow Fox colleagues. “Jim Jordan, cite him again, on with [Stuart] Varney talking about what the impact is going to be, driving down Biden’s poll numbers.”

She added that Troy Nehls was asked, “What’s going to be the outcome of the impeachment inquiry?” He replied, ‘Trump 2024, baby.'”

Tarlov then noted that other Republican lawmakers have admitted on interview with Fox News that the investigation has turned up zero concrete evidence indicating Biden was involved with his son’s overseas business dealings:

This morning, Maria Bartiromo has Nancy Mace. She says, “Hey, Nancy, nice to see you this morning. Thanks for getting up early with us. What you got? Where are the policy changes that came as a result of being paid off?” Nancy Mace: “I don’t have anything”… Congressman Don Bacon, probably not about Biden committing high crimes and misdemeanors. Chuck Grassley: “I have no evidence where I can say the president is guilty.” GOP aides obviously don’t want to lose their jobs. An unmitigated disaster. Comer has lost control and he has botched this bad.
