Lindsey Graham: ‘You Don’t Have To Be Sherlock Holmes’ to Figure Out Saudis Killed Khashoggi

Senator Lindsey Graham continued his remarkable attack on Saudi Arabia’s role in the mysterious disappearance / political assassination of Washington Post columnist Jamal Khashoggi.

Yesterday he made headlines during a morning appearance on Fox & Friends when he claimed he would stop doing business in Saudi Arabia until the royal family made a change in leadership, and he bookended his day with a similar eyebrow-raising appearance on Fox News @ Night.

After Graham started in on criticizing the Saudi royal family, host Shannon Bream asked if he believed they were behind the murder of Khashoggi.

Graham replied “absolutely,” adding “you don’t have to beat Sherlock Holmes…to figure this out.’ He then referenced intelligence briefings that suggested that Graham was convinced that Khashoggi had been murdered at the direction of the royal family, in particular, Mohammad Bin Salman (aka MBS) who Graham described as being “annoyed with this guy.”
