‘Baltimore Is Burning’: Hillary Clinton Talks About ‘Restoring Order’ After Riots
Hillary Clinton made some extended remarks at a campaign fundraiser tonight about the chaos in Baltimore, calming tensions, and reforming the criminal justice system. Clinton had tweeted out this short message last night:
Tonight I am praying for peace & safety for all in Baltimore, & for Freddie Gray's family – his death is a tragedy that demands answers. -H

According to The Hill, Clinton said “Baltimore is burning” at the fundraiser. She brought up Freddie Gray‘s death and the fires that destroyed entire businesses yesterday, while also bringing up “the injuries to police officers” trying to keep order.
Clinton also spoke of reforming the criminal justice system and issues related to mass incarceration, similar to comments she made about Ferguson last year.
