BREAKING: Paul Manafort Gets Hauled Off to Jail

Paul Manafort was hauled off to jail today.

The former Trump campaign chairman was in court Friday asking a federal judge that he not be sent to jail pre-trial and revoke his bail.

According to the Washington Post, Manafort has had his bail revoked and will be ordered to jail.

Special counsel Robert Mueller recently accused Manafort of witness tampering. There was a question of whether bail would be revoked, and now it looks like that’s happening.

President Trump was actually asked about Manafort this morning, downplaying his role in saying he “has nothing to do with my campaign” and he was only on for a short period of time.
