Muslim Preacher Famous for Hannity Appearances Charged with Inviting ISIS Support

hannity choudaryRadical Muslim preacher Anjem Choudary was charged today in England for allegedly inviting support for ISIS.

Both Choudary and Mohammed Rahman were accused of putting out lectures online that encouraged support for the terrorist organization.

Choudary––who said after the Charlie Hebdo attack that free speech does not extend to insulting Islam––said in court, “I plead that Cameron and the police are guilty and the only people who are innocent are me and Mr Rahman.”

Now, if that name sounds familiar to you, it’s probably because you’ve seen Choudary’s occasional cable news appearances with Fox’s Sean Hannity.

Choudary was arrested last year in a counterterrorism raid and told Hannity at the time he would love to live in a country with Sharia law.
