Opening Day: Obama’s First Pitch Reminds A Nation That He’s Better At Basketball

Today was opening day for most Major League Baseball, and the Washington Nationals was no exception. All of the pomp, circumstance and pageantry of the first game of the season was apparent, especially the Presidential first pitch. Like his predecessor, President Obama endured a smattering of boos amongst the cheers. Unlike President Bush however, Obama’s pitch nearly sailed over the head of the catcher. The president clearly needs to stick the the basketball court!
