Sarah Palin Reminds America That She Can Keep an Eye on Russian Hackers from Her House
As America confronts the possibility that Russia might have messed with the presidential election to help Donald Trump, former Alaska governor Sarah Palin decided to offer her commentary with some self-deprecating humor.
Russia’s getting out of hand? So says the defeated. Not to worry… remember I can keep an eye on them from here. https://t.co/jQBCDV5O3W

Looking past her CIA report skepticism, Palin was referencing her infamous ABC interview from 2008, where she defended her proficiency in foreign policy by stating “you can actually see Russia from land here in Alaska, from an island in Alaska.”
The remarks were lampooned by Tina Fey on Saturday Night Live, and the line “I can see Russia from my house!” was so famous at the time that people actually thought Palin said those words herself.
