The Mediaite Team Reports From The Ground At ‘Restoring Honor’
At last night’s pre-Restoring Honor program for Insider Extreme subscribers, Glenn Beck promised that his rally today would be “the beginning of the end of darkness.” Today, we’ve sent out Glynnis MacNicol and Steve Krakauer to DC to bring us back some of those shards of light, straight from the ground. We’ll be updating regularly with photos, commentary, and highlights from the rally, and will have much more to come tomorrow. For now, here’s a taste of what it was like on the ground.
The early morning crowd was already excited for the upcoming day and flooding the Mall.
There were plenty of people dressed for the occasion. Some wore official “Restoring Honor” swag…
And some wore the faces of the Founding Fathers, as they appear on the Glenn Beck studio set.
