Top Democrats Call for AG Jeff Sessions’s Resignation

Democrats have been quick tonight to react to news of Attorney General Jeff Sessions‘s conversations with the Russian ambassador, but House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and Elijah Cummings, the ranking member on the House Oversight Committee, are already calling for his resignation:

Already lots of Democrats are saying he must recuse himself from investigations into Russia, something that Lindsey Graham said probably should happen.

One Democratic senator said this in reaction to the news:
