Trump Rage-Tweets at CNN Chief ‘Little Jeff Zuker’ and ‘Cheatin Obama’ (UPDATES)

President Donald Trump continued his broadside against cable news networks on Tuesday morning, zeroing in on his preferred foil, CNN.
The president, who according to 16,785 anonymous sources in the latest Washington Post report is becoming “unleashed,” also tweeted an attack on his predecessor President Barack Obama.
Trump earlier tweeted out his disdain for “CNN, NBC, ABC & CBS” over their coverage of Sinclair Broadcasting, and the backlash to promos made to run on local networks echoing Trump’s anti-media sentiment.
“Check out the fact that you can’t get a job at ratings challenged @CNN unless you state that you are totally anti-Trump?” Trump added in a subsequent tweet. “Little Jeff Zuker, whose job is in jeopardy, is not having much fun lately. They should clean up and strengthen CNN and get back to honest reporting!”

Misspelled name aside, Trump and Zucker actually have quite the history together: when Zucker was the fresh-faced head of NBC Entertainment, he launched Trump’s reality television career with The Apprentice.
But now the old collaborators have turned foes, and Trump is rage tweeting about CNN’s coverage as Jim Sciutto and Alisyn Camerota host New Day.
As for Trump’s charge that you can’t get a job at CNN unless you are “anti-Trump,” I see your Ana Navarro and raise you a Jason Miller.
Shortly afterwards, Trump boasted of an always generous Rasmussen poll, while taking a shot at “Cheatin’ Obama”:
Thank you to Rasmussen for the honest polling. Just hit 50%, which is higher than Cheatin’ Obama at the same time in his Administration.

UPDATE: CNN has responded on Twitter:
Once again, false. The personal political beliefs of CNN’s employees are of no interest to us. Their pursuit of the truth is our only concern. Also, Jeff’s last name is spelled Z-U-C-K-E-R. Those are the facts. #FactsFirst?

As for “challenged,” CNN just finished its second highest rated first quarter in the past nine years. Those are the facts. #FactsFirst?
