Arianna Huffington Reacts To Her Saturday Night Live Doppelganger

On Monday’s Starting Point, Soledad O’Brien played a short clip of Nasim Pedrad‘s Weekend Update impression of Arianna Huffington — for panelist Arianna Huffington.

“The accent was perfect,” Huffington, who was laughing along with the clip, said. “The hair, I don’t know…”

“Is it fun to watch that,” Soledad asked, “or do you get mad?”

“No, I don’t get mad at all,” Huffington said, “Tracey Ullman, so far, had done the best accent imitation. I think this was even better. And the hair…the jacket…”

Huffington added that she did appreciate Pedrad’s Huffington flirting with Seth Myers. “There could have been a little more flirting,” she said.

Nasim Pedrad is one of the most talented SNL’S cast members next to Andy Samberg. She can act, do impersonations, & she ‘s hot. Wouldnt mind passing my ship thru her Strait of Hormuz.

Arianna Huffington has always had a smart sense of humor, even when she was a conservative mouthpiece. In fact, I think she once attributed her eventual progressive conversion to spending a lot of time with comedians like Bill Maher and Al Franken…and way too much time with Newt Gingrich.
