Coulter: Americans Should Be Afraid of Immigrants, Not Sharks
Conservative columnist Ann Coulter told Fox & Friends Sunday morning that the media’s fixation on recent shark attacks was misplaced, given that the real danger was undocumented Mexican immigrants.
“The media was consumed with stories about Americans have to be on the lookout for ISIS attacks and terror attack expected and, oooh, shark attacks,” Coulter said, referring to the one or more sharks that have accounted for at least seven attacks off the coast of North Carolina. “But I will bet you by the end of the weekend more Americans will have been killed by Mexicans than by ISIS or by sharks.”
The comments come after an undocumented immigrant who had been deported almost a dozen times was arrested for shooting a woman in San Francisco. Celebrity plutocrat Donald Trump highlighted the incident as affirmation of his comments that Mexico was sending dangerous people across the border.
Host Clayton Morris seemed almost excited by this, asking Coulter if she felt “vindicated” by the attack. “Not much to feel vindicated over,” she said.
