WATCH: Pedestrian Quizzed on Kimmel Totally Aces Star Wars Trivia, But Comically Whiffs When Asked to Name the VP

While pedestrians quizzed on Jimmy Kimmel Live had an impressive grasp of the “galaxy far, far away” … they seemed to have absolutely no idea what’s going on here in America.

“Yoda, Chewbacca, Han Solo, Princess Leia, Padme, Obi-Won, C-3PO, R2-D2, BB-8, Darth Vader, Kylo Ren, Darth Maul, Boba Fett, The Child, Mandalorian, IG-88, Lando Calrissian, Finn, Rey … ok,” one pedestrian said after being asked to name as many Star Wars characters as he could.

While he managed to identify 19 characters from the franchise, he could only name seven U.S. presidents when asked.

Another pedestrian was able to name Snoke as the Supreme Leader of the First Order — a character only present in the recent Star Wars sequel trilogy.

“Nope,” was his response when asked if he could name a single U.S. Supreme Court justice.

One pedestrian did not miss a beat when asked who Han Solo’s sidekick is (the beloved Chewbacca), yet completely whiffed when asked to identify our current vice president.

“I don’t know any of these,” he said after slapping his hand to his mouth. “I don’t know!”

People were later asked to name famous Star Wars quotes, listing out several fan favorites including, “Luke, I am your father” (which is actually a popular misquote), “Do or do not, there is no try,” “These aren’t the droids you’re looking for,” “You were my brother Anakin, I loved you,” and “May the force be with you.”

When asked for famous quotes by U.S. presidents, only one pedestrian was able to answer.

“You’re fired!” he said, technically getting the answer correct.
