Have Yourself A GOOP-Y Christmas: Gwyneth Paltrow to Host GOOP Pop-Up in Dallas

We don’t know why we would have expected less from Gwyneth Paltrow this holiday season. And so, there will be “Goop Pop Dallas,” as it’s being called, complete with $650 spoons for sale (OK, maybe that was just at the first GOOP pop-up in Los Angeles) and a very GOOP-y menu.

Eater reports that the pop-up will be connected to the juice and coffee bar Number One, which will serve a menu inspired by her cookbook It’s All Good. The menu will include “avocado toast with vegenaise (that’s vegan mayo, for the uninitiated), an avocado-cacao-hemp seed smoothie, and a “Middle Eastern” turkey burger served on a gluten-free bun or (gasp) regular old brioche.” So very GOOP-y indeed.

And of course, said one interior designer in the press release, “I envision people lounging around the shoppable pied-a-terre with a cocktail in hand this season.” Ah, a very GOOP-y Christmas. What would Martha have to say about it?
