Fox’s Laura Ingraham Trashed by Own Brother for Comments About LAFD: ‘Complete Lack of Empathy’

The brother of Fox News host Laura Ingraham accused his famed sister of having a “lack of empathy” after she shared a post on social media that implied Southern California’s devastating fires this week were at least partially to blame on diversity in the fire department.

Curtis Ingraham, who has lashed out at his conservative sister before, shared a comment she wrote on X Friday and called it “disgusting.”

Laura Ingraham shared a short clip of Los Angeles City Fire Department Deputy Chief Kristine Larson discussing diversity. The clip, which was posted by the account End Wokeness, featured Larson saying some people in need of assistance feel sometimes feel comforted when someone who “looks like” them shows up to render aid.

In the clip, Larson said some women are apprehensive of female firefighters and are inclined to believe, “You couldn’t carry my husband out of a fire.”

“He got himself in the wrong place if I have to carry him out of a fire,” Larson said.

Laura Ingraham shared the video early Friday morning and commented, “This sums up perfectly what’s wrong with California priorities.”

Hours later, the Fox News host’s progressive brother shared her post, tagged her and her employer, and fired back.

He wrote, “The fact that my sister is using the LA fire disaster to attack my great state of California, simply to push her own twisted propaganda, is disgusting and telling of her complete lack of empathy.”

Curtis Ingraham last attacked his sister on X on Dec. 30 after she shared a tribute to late President Jimmy Carter.

Laura Ingraham shared some quotes Carter offered her when she interviewed him in March 2012 and she wrote, “RIP Jimmy Carter. His post-presidential life, establishing Habitat for Humanity was inspiring.”

Her brother shared the post and replied, “And look at what my sister just helped elect as president for a second term?! For her to even feign praise for Jimmy Carter is laughable.”
